坠肘

也叫垂肘(两肘尖略有下垂之意。坠肘与悬肘是一对矛盾,肘的上半边坠,下半边悬。如果调整好了,肘一动就会感到气的力量)。


Sinking the Elbows (Zhui Zhou)

Hang down the joints of your elbows a bit and you will feel Qi flow down from your arms to your forearms immediately.
