似笑非笑


赵金香宗师说:似笑非笑是在正确的“舌抵上腭”之后才形成的一种舒适甜美的发自内心的笑,它的要求是两口角向后上方一拉,这样面部肌肉就会放松了,内心自然也就会放松,真气自然会沿中脉沉入下丹田。面部表情会反应出人的心理活动状态,笑得要自然,持久,一直笑到生命的最后一分钟,世界之大,无奇不有,久笑就可长寿,久笑就可健康,久笑就可气沉丹田,久笑就可产生口水,笑是一种功夫,要引起注意,笑也是鹤功六字诀之一。
