我叫刘三龙,1990年秋, 腰部觉得僵硬, 1994年秋,我开四轮车子拉煤, 突然,后面来的小车撞在我的车上, 把我摔倒公路上, 使我的病日趋严重, 颈椎也僵硬了,头也不能转动. 1995年冬, 双腿麻木、无力、站立不稳,行走困难. 1995年春,经地区医院、省第一、二医院检查: 颈、胸椎压迫神经, 二院医生叫我住院治疗. 但医生又说: 你手术部位多, 做手术把握不大, 万一出了问题, 医院可不负责. 这时, 我为看病已花去了14000元, 无办法, 只好回家. 乡村医生在我背后对人说: “这娃是骨头里的病, 不行了.”

1996年5月31日, 鹤翔庄老师要我学养生法. 初学时, 我站不稳, 脖子不能转, 非常困难. 我忍着疼痛, 坚持学练. 累了, 睡在床上读“动功”的功法、功理. 不认识的字, 就查字典, 注音记牢. 休息一会, 继续学, 在离墙不远处, 另一侧放个椅子, 防止摔倒. 学练月余, 双腿觉着轻松, 走路也快些了, 也稳些了, 脖子、腰也觉得灵活些了, 心中非常高兴.

1996年7月2日, 我在洗头中, 不慎仰面摔倒在地. 此时, 下肢失去知觉, 上肢无力, 右手不会用筷子, 拿不动书, 还要人喂饭. 我想, 这可完了, 不想在世上活了. 整天愁眉苦脸, 哭啊, 骂人啊, 发脾气. 我又想, 我是学员, 我要靠鹤翔庄来救我. 于是, 就请鹤翔庄老师买“动功”磁带, 订鹤翔庄《神州气功》报刊杂志、俺让妻子孩子放磁带, 卧床心里学. 求人在床上搭木架, 将电工安全带拴在木架上, 套在腰间, 练习坐, 还拴根绳子, 哟手抓住, 睡觉做卧功, 侧卧, 做伸屈腿, 仰卧, 做足运阴阳; 坐着, 做通臂、转体、引颈、摆头; 后期, 大约有40天, 天天让妻子把我背到院里, 坐在凳子上, 腰里捆个带子, 旁边放个椅子, 放磁带, 做五节动功. 经过刻苦练功, 卧床99天的我,终于在1996年10月8日下床, 夹着双拐, 开始挪动. 冬天, 在家中坐着练. 1997年1月, 单拐行走, 在院里站着练功, 生活自理. 1997年4月17日, 扔掉拐杖稳步行走. 现在, 能扫院子、喂猪, 到地里做轻微的农活, 还能开四轮车.

真是: “鹤翔庄养生法救了我”. 我心中万分激动. 衷心感谢赵金香老师创编了造福人类的好功法. 今后, 我决心天天练功, 时时修德, 永远练功, 吃苦耐劳, 无私奉献, 宣传鹤翔庄, 与农民打成一片, 关心他们的疾苦, 以实际行动表达我对鹤翔庄的深情厚谊.

多活30年--李豐醫師

30年前,當我還在加拿大的多倫多研究所進修,正慶幸尚有一年,研究所的功課便可以結束時,竟被發現患了癌症。手術證實是癌症的第二天,我工作機構的老板來看我。首先,說了一大篇他心裡如何難過的客套話。然後告訴我,在社會上做事,好比一個大機器中的小螺絲釘,只要中間有一個小螺絲釘停止工作,都會影響整個機器的工作效率。

接著,他指著我說:「而你,顯然會有很長一段時間不能工作,所以,很抱歉,請你馬上辭職。」,當我的男朋友也明顯地疏遠我時,我了解到,自己竟完全被孤立起來。我不但失去工作,已被社會遺棄,也被愛自己的人遺棄,而且,還被自己的健康所遺棄。我的生存價值,幾乎完全被否定掉。因此,我的情緒降到最低點,我想到自殺。

癌症經過手術,很多個療程的放射性治療,因為療效不佳,經過一年多,仍然時好時壞地原地打轉,癌並沒有完全消失。最後只剩下化學治療一個辦法。當時的化療,以目前的眼光看起來,是相當粗糙的。治療了一段時間後,血小板變得很少,不小心一碰,到處都會瘀青,如果內部大量出血,就可能致命。與主治醫師商量,是否可以暫時停止治療,主冶醫師竟然不同意。在這種「吃藥會出血致死,不吃藥又會病死」的情形下,做病人的我,的確非常為難。

考慮再三,決定作個反叛的病人,我自己把化學治療停掉了。現在回想起來,是當年的反叛救了自己。丟掉藥罐子調養身心直到回到國內,回到熟悉的環境,不但重新獲得舊日友情的溫暖,而且,還很幸運地恢復了工作。這些轉變,使我的情緒漸漸由消極轉變為積極,癌雖然還在,我卻漸漸學到如何與它和平相處,它並沒有再發。可是由於身體很孱弱,治療後的副作用層出不窮,不斷住院又出院,我也變成肚量很大的藥罐子。

一直到十多年前,因為高燒兩個星期不退而住進了台大醫院,經過諸多檢查及會診,醫師宣布我 第三度得到肺結核。當時我當然很沮喪,可是也只好乖乖認命,照醫師的處方服藥。在服藥第三天抽血檢查時,竟發現還因服抗結核藥物而罹患了中毒性肝炎。於是我很自然地又反叛醫命,停止服藥。每天不是睡覺,就是靜坐。經過一個月,再照胸部放射線檢查,發現醫師說的肺結核竟然不見了。這個發現讓我瞭解,一個月前的肺結核應該是誤診,因為肺結核是不可能不吃藥而在一個月內痊癒的。

這個發現,讓我不斷深思,平白吃這麼多藥,卻惹來一身副作用。我以後到底是會因癌症而死?還是因其他併發症而死?這次住院,讓我下了決心,從此不再靠藥物,果然從那以後,我沒有再吞過任何一顆藥丸。信念:健康靠自己∕ 方法:自我反省這次住院,也讓我看到了西醫的極限,我開始深思除了藥物以外的方法,也讀了不少書,去探討甚至淺嚐了不少民俗療法,發現最根本的辦法,還是靠自己,靠自己去做觀念的修正與飲食生活的調整。經過十多年的努力,我發現我的想法是正確的,從此以後,我沒有再住過院,近年來連感冒都很少了。

觀念的修正,其實就是自我反省 。「我好好的,為什麼會得癌症?」,很多人一聽到醫師宣布自己得了重病時,往往都會顯現出一副無辜的模樣,希望用切、割、毒、殺等外來方式去除疾病,然而,疾病真的會沒來由地產生嗎?世上絕對沒有這種「好好的就突然生病的事情」。以感冒為例,如果真要病人作自我反省的話,通常患者都會表示,自己在感冒之前,曾經一連熬了好幾個通宵:有些人會說,自己最近吹了冷風、淋了雨:有些人則說,工作的壓力很大,常常頭痛又失眠。事實上,諸如此類的現象,都是導致感冒的因素,接句話說,假使病人的敏感度及警覺性夠的話,自然能夠做到「防患未然」的目標。以我的親身經驗為例,在加拿大唸研究所時,所以會得到癌症,同樣是其來有自。

首先,我天生怕冷,卻選擇到加拿大唸書,基本上已經違反了健康的大原則。其次,為了負擔家計,邊唸書、邊工作。常常為了多省下一些錢寄回家,以致於早、午餐都只吃一個三明治夾起司,到了晚上,才煮些麵條並搭配超市冷凍的青豆及便宜的雞 胗、鴨胗。事後,我才明白,原來自己長時間吃進許多可怕、有害健康的食物。再加上老闆又是猶太人,對員工非常嚴苛,其身心所承受的壓力自然是可想而知。在那段工作緊張、沒有朋友,一天天重複著上班、下班及唸書的日子中,健康情形自然是每下愈況。

還好,後來癌症救了我,讓我有足夠的理由離開那樣的環境,找到生路。生病,不是細胞叛逆,是自己無知對細胞加壓。其實,身體發生了疾病,並不是細胞叛逆,違反了主人的命令,而是主人無知,拚命對細胞加壓,卻不知道早已超過細胞能夠容忍的限度,於是,細胞只好應變。生病,不過是受不了委屈的細胞在喊救命的聲音而已。如果把觀念改一改,承認生病該由自己負責,對自己的行為,心生慚愧,而努力自我反省,並感恩不盡地以滿心歡喜的心情去看待自己的改變,儘量善待自己的細胞,努力不讓它們受到委屈。如有需要,再配合適當的醫藥治療,那麼,即使是病況已經相當嚴重,仍然有很大的痊癒空間。而且,不只癌症,得任何病即使治好了,不表示已經完全痊癒。若不善加調整觀念及生活、飲食,也都可能再得病。

我曾在顯微鏡下觀察,一位已治療好的鼻咽癌病人,26年來癌症沒再發,在他去世後,其鼻咽組織仍看得到癌細胞,只是癌細胞被正常細胞包圍著而已。 所以,改善體內環境,使癌細胞沒法生長,是個一輩子的功課,偷懶不得。調整飲食習慣是改善體質最直接而快速的方法。一般人的營養,都是從嘴巴吃進去的。這是說,製造體內負責新陳代謝的每一個細胞的材料,都是由飲食而來。從另一個角度來看,也可以這麼說:你就是由你吃下去的食物變成的。所以,如果飲食中充滿致癌性物質,日後又怎麼可能不得癌呢?

食品添加物,是另外一個使食物的品質發生改變的因素。因為食品添加物有很多都是致癌物質,如果 常吃加過工食物,到底會同時吃進多少致癌物質,還真沒有辦法知道。飲食的量,也會影響營養。過去,在貧窮的時代,吃得不夠,營養不良,當然會影響體質。現在,經濟情況良好,倒是吃得太多,而造成營養不平衡,也累垮消化組織,引起所謂的文明病,像高血壓、心臟病、肥胖症、糖尿病等等,使體質受到影響。針對這些情形,要做的飲食習慣改變,原則上,是保持飲食平衡,不吃添加物,不吃腐敗食物,不吃肉類,多吃蔬菜、水果。

五種癌一定要吃素 吃素身體越來越好由於並沒有任何宗教因素驅使我非吃素不可,因此,我知道,面對這種情形,是腸胃要求我不要再吃這類食物了。一直到今天,吃素十多年,看著自己的身體因為飲食習慣的改變而愈來愈好後,每當遇到胃癌、 大腸癌、 子宮頸癌、 乳癌及 前列腺癌的患者時,我一定會力勸這些病友要改吃素食,至於其他癌症患者則可依照

「四條腿的先不要吃,兩條腿的慢慢戒,最後再從沒有腿的著手」

的原則逐步改掉吃肉的習慣。至於為什麼這五種癌友一定要吃素?

因為子宮頸癌、乳癌及前列腺癌與荷爾蒙息息相關,而肉類不但含荷爾蒙多,而且也易轉變為荷爾蒙,增加致癌因子。
其實腸胃原本只需要穀物、蔬果,就足夠達到新陳代謝的目的。一味地吃肉,只會增加腸胃的負荷,累積有害身體的不潔物罷了。飲食如藥,須先了解病況體質,妥善配合。全然生食,並非人人於各條件下都適合,有人問說是不是每個人都適合吃生機飲食?吃素食可以吃蔥蒜嗎?我的經驗認為不是每個人都適合完全用生食,而且,嚴格說來,東方人的體質大部份都不適合全然生食(須配合熟食天然穀類等),如果一定要吃生食的話,最好先找對生機飲食也有體驗的中醫師把把脈,作整體評估,看看體質是否適合吃。

至於蔥蒜的問題,以蒜來說,一個人如果身體狀況良好的話,絕對不需要靠蒜來殺菌,而蔥則會影響身體荷爾蒙的分泌及情緒變化,對健康不見得有正面幫助。又有人問說吃素食時,需不需要喝牛奶、吃雞蛋?我認為牛奶是養小牛的,不是養人的:至於雞蛋原本是孵小雞的,其實,一粒糙米就像雞蛋一樣是完整營養,多吃糙米,與吃雞蛋沒有兩樣。或許有些人認為,不喝牛奶、不吃蛋,無法攝取足夠的鈣質, 事實上,鈣質並不一定要從蛋類和牛奶中攝取,一切有根的蔬菜基本上都含有鈣質。

另一方面,有些人可能擔心鈣質攝取量不夠的話,容易罹患骨質疏鬆症,其實,骨質疏鬆的問題並不像大家所想的那麼嚴重,根據調查顯示,全球骨質疏鬆症罹患率最高的地區是阿拉斯加,其次是美國和歐洲,中國大陸則很少,原因為何,因為阿拉斯加人常年吃魚,美國和歐洲人民又經常吃肉所致,換句話說,沒吃肉、牛奶和蛋類,像中國大陸人民並不會因而罹患骨質疏鬆症。只要多運動、多吃糙米和全麥麵包,自然就可避免骨質疏鬆症。

運動是改變體質的根本辦法


每個人的身體,本來就具有抵禦外侵的毒物、或癌症的能力。只是,身體的內在環境和身體外的大環境,都有過多有害的因素,使身體的這種免疫能力發生障礙,疾病和癌症才不可避免地發生。而運動,則可使身體內在環境的細胞,藉促進血液循環,以帶動氧氣和營養,反過來,又使細胞增加活力。因此,人體的免疫力,便能增加。

病後,我開始做的運動是爬山。我說的爬山,並不真是去做爬上高山的運動,只不過是在那些有產業道路的小山走走而已。那時,憑良心說,我並不喜歡爬山。我參加爬山,可以說是被我丈夫強迫的。每個星期日,他早就把背包、乾糧、水壺準備好了,然後把我拉起來上路。因為我的身體太過虛弱的緣故,爬那樣的山,對我仍然是件苦事。他說我那段時期的山,是出太陽怕走、下雨怕走,吹風怕走。其實,之所以會出太陽怕走,是因為經過治療以後,我的體質很差,曬了太陽,皮膚就會發癢。之所以會下雨怕走,是因為我怕感冒。經過治療,我的身體很差,簡直不能同別人比。

普通的天氣,別人不容易感冒,偏偏我卻會感冒。之所以會吹風怕走,也是有原因。治療以後,我的血液循環很差,手腳常都冰冷。爬山時,別人是一爬就出汗,我卻要爬了半天,身體才會熱,如果有風,則會反而越走越冷,很受不了。
儘管這樣,我的爬山時走時停,但時間累積下來,我還是嚐到了它給我的好處,我的健康竟然緩緩地在進步。現在,癢的問題,已經不知不覺地消失,風雨對我來說,也不是阻力。經過不斷磨練,而今,我的爬山和走路的本領,卻已越來越有進步。

過去,走短短的路,便要流淚,甚至大病一場。現在,體力增加了,走20公里路,已是家常便飯,甚至還有過一天走40公里的紀錄。幾年前,還在經過兩年的準備之後,登上玉山,來作為對我的體能的考驗,結果,我很歡喜我的成績,我通過了。

兩年前,我改變了工作環境,每天早上先去爬山,在山上吸它兩個鐘頭的芬多精,回家洗個澡才去上班,現在看到我的人,都說我比以前健康,我則會加上一句:「天天爬山,明年會更好。」你的細胞看起來很累,趕快去爬山補充氧氣,癌細胞會回歸正常。在實驗室養癌細胞,如果加氧,癌細胞就養不好, 如果加二氧化碳,癌細胞就養得很好。這表示,我們自己把體內環境弄到缺氧,細胞才無可奈何變成癌細胞來適應環境, 如果把環境裡的缺氧因素刪掉,補充氧份,其實癌細胞是會回歸正常的。

30年來,我看過無數病人,那些肯聽我話而去爬山,甚至天天爬山的人,身體的改善都很明顯。現在,每當我透過顯微鏡看到病人或友人的細胞顯出缺氧的狀況時,我都會提醒對方:「你的細胞缺氧,看起來很累,趕快去爬山。」

有一次,一位病人眉頭深鎖地來找我,我看到她鬱鬱寡歡的樣子,便問陪同母親前來的小女孩,「妳媽媽怕不怕癢?」小女孩說「怕癢。」於是,我稍稍地告訴女孩,「以後媽媽躺在床上的時候,妳就搔她癢。」結果,這位母親在每天大笑一回的情形下,慢慢地紓解了深鎖的眉頭。

生氣是別人做錯事,我懲罰自己

學習不生氣是一項比較困難的功課。因為我為人耿直、又愛打抱不平,一看到不合理或不公平的事,拔刀相助的精神便來了。自從我了解「生氣的定義是別人做錯事,我懲罰我自己。」以後,我便開始努力去實踐,不過,積習難改,我的這個過程還是經過了四、五年,才看到一點點成績。

剛開始,別人挑釁我,我還是會馬上反應,接著便後悔;然後,別人在挑釁,我會看到自己快要動氣,於是,馬上逃到看不到挑釁的地方,再慢慢調整自己的情緒;然後,我漸漸不需要逃離現場也能壓住脾氣,可是還需要在心裡說:「你好可憐。」來平衡自己的情緒;現在,我什麼都看到,卻可以一直保持笑容。

恭喜病人得癌症

持正面的態度對疾病的療效有極大的影響。像我得癌前期,由於挫折連連,對人生、前途無信心,療效不彰。但得癌後期,由於對人生、前途恢復信心,雖然沒有治療,身體卻反而慢慢好起來。因此,自從我的健康進步了以後,除了我的專業,我最樂意做的一件事,便是為癌症病人打氣。每當一個垂頭喪氣,以為末日將至的癌症病人,被介紹來看我以後,往往經過一番疑問的解釋,尤其是當他看到我這個活生生的例子,朝氣蓬勃地站在他的面前,他的信心便很容易地能建立起來。於是,這個垂著頭,苦著臉進來的病人,結果,卻能昂起頭,臉上充滿笑意地踏出我的辦公室。

我做的事,並不是顯露奇蹟。只是,我讓那些癌症病人看到「希望」,讓他們的情緒,能很快從消極變為積極。甚至有癌症患者來找我時,我會說「恭喜你得癌症」,對方一聽,自然會覺得莫名其妙,我解釋,「假如你不得癌症,怎麼會改變飲食習慣?怎麼會開始運動?又怎麼會學笑呢?再說,從今天開始,你的生活會一天天地變好、一天天地有品質,這樣一來,怎麼會不值得恭喜?」

於是,對方一聽,果然對自己罹病的情形釋懷了許多。待患者情緒比較平穩地,要離開時,我又會說,「再恭喜你一次。」對方一聽,又是一頭霧水,「既然之前已經恭喜了,有什麼事還值得再恭喜一次?」這時,我會不疾不徐地回答,「我把30年來對抗癌症的養生經驗一下子交給你,這難道不是一件值得恭喜的事?」就這樣,對方帶著飽滿、知足的感覺離開。

The dinner was held at Chui Wah Restaurant located at Jinjang Utara. Years ago, the premises of this restaurant was a cinema. Thus, the main hall is large and with a hugh screen. Of course, we had only 6 table and were not at the main hall. We had our dinner at a so called VIP room which was believed to have been the projector room for the cinema.

Right from 7:00 p.m., participants kept arriving and the dinner started at 8:00 p.m. Some participants from other stations were invited as can be seen from the photographs below. Other than enjoying the foods and drinks, the other two main activities were karoake OK singing and lucky draws. As like in previous years dinners, no one talked about Qigong. All we did were eating, drinking, singing, cheering and enjoying.

Life Extension Formula

(The following is a translation of an article that appeared in Taipei, Taiwan).

When cancer strikes a family, what course of action should one take? Dr.Tateishi Kazu’s father and brother both died of cancer. And then he found himself suffering from cancer of the duodenum and spreading. His stomach was removed, but the cancer cells had spread to his lungs. He resolved to fight for his life. He researched, studied and tested over 1,500 types of herbs and plants. Eventually he discovered the right combination of ingredients and formulated a unique healing vegetable soup and brown rice tea with its own molecular powers. The vegetables are rich in green chlorophyll, amino acids, iron, phosphorous, calcium, all in a natural form.

He based his soup on the principles of Five Elements theory, the harmonizing balance of the forces of Yin and Yang, acid and alkaline, that engenders health as opposed to the imbalance, which leads to disease.

The five elements in our environment are wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Because of the balance of the five elements, the earth is able to produce life. Dr. Tataishi Kazu used the essence of the five elements. Each essence possesses its own color: green, red, yellow, white and black. These relate to the corresponding internal organs: heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidneys. He used the concept of the five different colors as matched to specific vegetables.

This is a remedy for all age groups. When the soup is ingested, it produces thirty different elements for fighting disease. Within three days, it can stop the growth of cancer cells. Even for some last-stage cancer patients, it can lead to 100% remission. Patients who have subsisted on feeding tubes for nourishment, when given the soup, after two days regained their strength. Over 10,000 last-stage cancer patients have used this remedy. 99% are alive and were able to return to work.

Vegetable Soup Recipe

(2 days’ quantity)

Ingredients
16 ounces white daikon (radish)
8-10 ounces white daikon (radish) greens
8-10 ounces carrot
8 ounces burdock root (also called Gobo in Japan)
3-5 fresh Shitake mushroom (sun-dried)
If not sun-dried, expose dried mushrooms to sun again.

Directions:

Fill a pot with three times the quantity of water as the vegetable. Cook the above items in a slow cooker (with ceramic pot inside) set first on High temperature, then later reduce the cooking temperature to low and let it simmer for two hours. The recipe smells and tastes like vegetable soup but without any spices. You can drink it throughout the day, cold, warm or hot just like tea.

Notes:

- Only only cook in glass or ceramic pots. No metallic pots.

Brown Rice Tea Recipe


Another remedy that can be used in conjunction with the vegetable soup is brown rice tea. It is a good diuretic for ridding excess water from the body. For diabetics, it can bring the sugar level down by producing more natural insulin in the body. It cleanses the blood and blood vessel. A person with a heart condition drinking both soups in 20 days will be able to regulate their problem by drinking three cups per day. For a regular cancer patient, about two cups.

Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
16 cups water

Notes:
- Only only cook in stainless steel, glass or ceramic pots.

- Don't add any seasoning! Do not mix with any other ingredients. Don't be "creative."

Directions:
1. Roast the rice without oil until dark brown but don't burn. Boil 8 cups of water and pour roasted rice into water. Turn off flame, cover and let sit five minutes. Strain out rice and reserve liquid.

2. Boil 8 more cups of water. Put the remaining rice back in the water. Cover, lower flame and simmer five minutes. Strain rice out. Mix the two rice waters together.

Special Notes:
The amount one needs depend on the condition. The more serious the condition, the more tea.

1. Do not drink tea while taking a high protein substance.
2. Don't drink the vegetable soup and brown rice tea together. Wait at least 15 minutes apart.
3. If you use this remedy regularly you will never be sick.

Some possible reactions:
1. itchy skin or eczema
2. If you use medications and/or have eczema, use less because of stronger reaction
3. People with head injury problems may develop headaches but don't worry.
4. People with eye problems may get temporary blurred vision or itching around eyes. Eyesight will get better. If you wear prescription glasses, try to reduce the prescription and use glasses less frequently.
5.Lowering of body temperature, but this is normal.

For high blood pressure, drink the two soups alternately but slowly. Blood pressure will come down after one month. Talk to a doctor about reducing medication, but don't stop medication right away. Use remedy for minimum of one month.

Progress of Healing
After three days of use, cancer cells stop growing.
After a minimum of one month normal cells begin to grow back.

Pancreatic Cancer: minimum 1 month
Stomach Cancer: 1 month
Liver Cancer: 1 year
Rheumatism: 1 year
Cataracts: 4 months
Eye Disease: 1-4 months
Insomnia, Sinusitis, Fatigue: 10-20 days
Eczema: 4-7months
Liver Spots: 3-6 months skin will clear
Hair growth: 6-12 months
Epilepsy: 3-6 months
Stroke: 6-12 months
Irregular heart beat: 20 days

Notes:
If you are on medication, consult with a doctor to adjust your dosage.
This remedy works for some people. It may not work for you. It is not intended to replace the traditional treatments.

《黄帝内经》中如何论情志

七情和五志皆由五脏功能化生,是人之常情,缺一不可。七情和五志的表现形式不一样。七情相对五志而言,是在外来刺激作用下表现于外的情绪。五志是在外来刺激作用下隐藏于内的志意。情志是神的重要表现形式,故常称其谓“神志”。情志,是七情和五志的合称。七情是喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊七种情绪的总称。五志,是怒、喜、思、忧、恐五种志意的总称。《黄帝内经》将其分属于五脏:心志喜;肝志怒;脾志思;肺志忧;肾志恐。

1.情志的作用
《灵枢·本藏》强调:“志意者,所以御精神,收魂魄,适寒温,和喜怒者也……志意和则精神专直,魂魄不散,悔怒不起,五藏不受邪矣。”说明正常情况下,七情和五志在维持身体健康过程中的地位和作用是无可取代的。

2.情志与疾病
情志过用或失控容易导致疾病,甚至是重要的致病因素,伴随科技发展和进步、人类经济条件的改善和社会复杂化,情志对健康和疾病的作用与影响也日趋明显。《素问·经脉别论》曰“生病起于过用”,《素问·举痛论》特别指出:“怒则气上”、“喜则气缓”、“悲则气消”、“恐则气下”、“惊则气乱”、“思则气结”。情志过用可伤人气机发生疾病,《素问·阴阳应象大论》更加明确地说“怒伤肝,悲胜怒”、“喜伤心,恐胜喜”、“思伤脾,怒胜思”、“忧伤肺,喜胜忧”、“恐伤肾,思胜恐”。《素问·血气形志》具体说明形志关系及形志过用与疾病发生的规律性联系:“形乐志苦,病生于脉……形乐志乐,病生于肉……形苦志乐,病生于筋……形苦志苦,病生于咽嗌……形数惊恐,经络不通,病生于不仁。”形,指躯体。志,即情志。

3.情志与疾病治疗
《黄帝内经》强调,治病要根据患者的神志状态,决定、选择治疗措施,否则,治之无功。《灵枢·本神》开篇即谓:“凡刺之法,先必本于神”。《黄帝内经》多次提示人们:“失神者死,得神者生也”、“得神者昌,失神者亡。”以上旨在告诫人们:神气充盛,病易治,大病亦预后良好,若神气萎顿,病虽轻亦难治。

4.情志与养生
《黄帝内经》养生重视形神共养。《素问·上古天真论》曰:“形与神俱,而尽终其天年,度百岁乃去”。《素问·宝命全形论》再次提出:“凡刺之真,必先治神”,并强调一曰治神;二曰知养身。《素问·四气调神大论》从正反两个方面明确告诉人们:要顺应自然界春夏秋冬四时生、长、化、收、藏的规律保养神气,春使志生、夏使志无怒、秋使志安宁、冬使志若伏若匿,调节情志,勿使过度,否则伤害五脏,发生病变。 (迟华基 山东中医药大学)

Do Not Sleep Late

Good rest and sound sleep is very Important... if u don't sleep well, The toxic in your body will accumulate.. Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried food when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

MILK & BREAST CANCER

Professor Jane Plant is a wife, a mother, and widely respected scientist, who was awarded a CBE for her work in geochemistry. When she was struck by breast cancer in 1987 at the age of 42, her happy and productive existence seemed destined to fall apart. But despite the disease recurring a further four times, Jane refused to give in. As she describes in an inspiring new book, [Your Life In Your Hands] serialised by the Mail this week, she devised a revolutionary diet and lifestyle programme that she believes saved her life and can cut the chances of other women falling prey to the disease.

Her theory remains a controversial one, but every woman should read it and make up her own mind. Today, she explains her personal breakthrough.....


I had no alternative but to die or try to find a cure for myself. I am a scientist - surely there was a rational explanation for this cruel illness that affects one in 12 women in the UK.

I had suffered the loss of one breast, and undergone radiotherapy. I was receiving painful chemotherapy, and had been seen by some of the country's most eminent specialists. But, deep down, I felt certain I was facing death.

I had a loving husband, a beautiful home and two young children to care for. I desperately wanted to live. Fortunately, this desire drove me to unearth the facts, some of which were known only to a handful of scientists at the time.

Anyone who has come into contact with breast cancer will know that certain risk factors - such as increasing age, early onset of womanhood, late onset of menopause and a family history of breast cancer - are completely out of our control. But there are many risk factors, which we can control easily. These 'controllable' risk factors readily translate into simple changes that we can all make in our day-to-day lives to help prevent or treat breast cancer. My message is that even advanced breast cancer can be overcome because I have done it.

The first clue to understanding what was promoting my breast cancer came when my husband Peter, who was also a scientist, arrived back from working in China while I was being plugged in for a chemotherapy session.

He had brought with him cards and letters, as well as some amazing herbal suppositories, sent by my friends and science colleagues in China. The suppositories were sent to me as a cure for breast cancer. Despite the awfulness of the situation, we both had a good belly laugh, and I remember saying that if this was the treatment for breast cancer in China , then it was little wonder that Chinese women avoided getting the disease. Those words echoed in my mind. Why didn't Chinese women get breast cancer? I had collaborated once with Chinese colleagues on a study of links between soil chemistry and disease, and I remembered some of the statistics.

The disease was virtually non-existent throughout the whole country. Only one in 10,000 women in China will die from it, compared to that terrible figure of one in 12 in Britain and the even grimmer average of one in 10 across most Western countries.

It is not just a matter of China being a more rural country, with less urban pollution. In highly urbanised Hong Kong , the rate rises to 34 women in every 10,000 but still puts the West to shame. The Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki have similar rates. And remember, both cities were attacked with nuclear weapons, so in addition to the usual pollution-related cancers, one would also expect to find some radiation- related cases, too. The conclusion we can draw from these statistics strikes you with some force. If a Western woman were to move to industrialized, irradiated Hiroshima , she would stash her risk of contracting breast cancer by half.

Obviously this is absurd. It seemed obvious to me that some lifestyle factor not related to pollution, urbanization or the environment is seriously increasing the Western woman's chance of contracting breast cancer. I then discovered that whatever causes the huge differences in breast cancer rates between oriental and Western countries, it isn't genetic. Scientific research showed that when Chinese or Japanese people move to the West, within one or two generations their rates of breast cancer approach those of their host community. The same thing happens when oriental people adopt a completely Western lifestyle in Hong Kong . In fact, the slang name for breast cancer in China translates as 'Rich Woman's Disease'. This is because, in China , only the better off can afford to eat what is termed ' Hong Kong food'.

The Chinese describe all Western food, including everything from ice cream and chocolate bars to spaghetti and feta cheese, as 'Hong Kong food', because of its availability in the former British colony and its scarcity, in the past, in mainland China. So it made perfect sense to me that whatever was causing my breast cancer and the shockingly high incidence in this country generally, it was almost certainly something to do with our better-off, middle-class, Western lifestyle.

There is an important point for men here, too. I have observed in my research that much of the data about prostate cancer leads to similar conclusions. According to figures from the World Health Organization, the number of men contracting prostate cancer in rural China is negligible, only 0.5 men in every 100,000. In England , Scotland and Wales, however, this figure is 70 times higher. Like breast cancer, it is a middle-class disease that primarily attacks the wealthier and higher socio-economic groups - those that can afford to eat rich foods.

I remember saying to my husband-- 'Come on Peter, you have just come back from China. What is it about the Chinese way of life that is so different? Why don't they get breast cancer?"

We decided to utilize our joint scientific backgrounds and approach it logically. We examined scientific data that pointed us in the general direction of fats in diets. Researchers had discovered in the 1980s that only l4 % of calories in the average Chinese diet were from fat, compared to almost 36% in the West. But the diet I had been living on for years before I contracted breast cancer was very low in fat and high in fibre. Besides, I knew as a scientist that fat intake in adults has not been shown to increase risk for breast cancer in most investigations that have followed large groups of women for up to a dozen years.

Then one day something rather special happened. Peter and I have worked together so closely over the years that I am not sure which one of us first said: 'The Chinese don't eat dairy produce!' It is hard to explain to a non-scientist the sudden mental and emotional 'buzz' you get when you know you have had an important insight. It's as if you have had a lot of pieces of a jigsaw in your mind, and suddenly, in a few seconds, they all fall into place and the whole picture is clear. Suddenly I recalled how many Chinese people were physically unable to tolerate milk, how the Chinese people I had worked with had always said that milk was only for babies, and how one of my close friends, who is of Chinese origin, always politely turned down the cheese course at dinner parties. I knew of no Chinese people who lived a traditional Chinese life who ever used cow or other dairy food to feed their babies. The tradition was to use a wet nurse but never, ever, dairy products.

Culturally, the Chinese find our Western preoccupation with milk and milk products very strange. I remember entertaining a large delegation of Chinese scientists shortly after the ending of the Cultural Revolution in the 1980s. On advice from the Foreign Office, we had asked the caterer to provide a pudding that contained a lot of ice cream. After inquiring what the pudding consisted of, all of the Chinese, including their interpreter, politely but firmly refused to eat it, and they could not be persuaded to change their minds. At the time we were all delighted and ate extra portions!

Milk, I discovered, is one of the most common causes of food allergies. Over 70% of the world's population is unable to digest the milk sugar, lactose, which has led nutritionists to believe that this is the normal condition for adults, not some sort of deficiency. Perhaps nature is trying to tell us that we are eating the wrong food. Before I had breast cancer for the first time, I had eaten a lot of dairy produce, such as skimmed milk, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. I had used it as my main source of protein. I also ate cheap but lean minced beef, which I now realized was probably often ground-up dairy cow.

In order to cope with the chemotherapy I received for my fifth case of cancer, I had been eating organic yoghurts as a way of helping my digestive tract to recover and repopulate my gut with 'good' bacteria. Recently, I discovered that way back in 1989 yoghurt had been implicated in ovarian cancer. Dr Daniel Cramer of Harvard University studied hundreds of women with ovarian cancer, and had them record in detail what they normally ate. I wish I'd been made aware of his findings when he had first discovered them.

Following Peter's and my insight into the Chinese diet, I decided to give up not just yoghurt but all dairy produce immediately. Cheese, butter, milk and yoghurt and anything else that contained dairy produce it went down the sink or in the rubbish bin. It is surprising how many products, including commercial soups, biscuits and cakes, contain some form of dairy produce. Even many proprietary brands of margarine marketed as soya, sunflower or olive oil spreads can contain dairy produce. I therefore became an avid reader of the small print on food labels. Up to this point, I had been steadfastly measuring the progress of my fifth cancerous lump with calipers and plotting the results. Despite all the encouraging comments and positive feedback from my doctors and nurses, my own precise observations told me the bitter truth.

My first chemotherapy sessions had produced no effect - the lump was still the same size. Then I eliminated dairy products. Within days, the lump started to shrink. About two weeks after my second chemotherapy session and one week after giving up dairy produce, the lump in my neck started to itch. Then it began to soften and to reduce in size . The line on the graph, which had shown no change, was now pointing downwards as the tumour got smaller and smaller. And, very significantly, I noted that instead of declining exponentially (a graceful curve) as cancer is meant to do, the tumour's decrease in size was plotted on a straight line heading off the bottom of the graph, indicating a cure, not suppression(or remission) of the tumour.

One Saturday afternoon after about six weeks of excluding all dairy produce from my diet, I practised an hour of meditation then felt for what was left of the lump. I couldn't find it. Yet I was very experienced at detecting cancerous lumps. I had discovered all five cancers on my own. I went downstairs and asked my husband to feel my neck. He could not find any trace of the lump either.

On the following Thursday I was due to be seen by my cancer specialist at Charing Cross Hospital in London. He examined me thoroughly, especially my neck where the tumour had been. He was initially bemused and then delighted as he said, "I cannot find it.' None of my doctors, it appeared, had expected someone with my type and stage of cancer (which had clearly spread to the lymph system) to survive, let alone be so hale and hearty.

My specialist was as overjoyed as I was. When I first discussed my ideas with him he was understandably skeptical. But I understand that he now uses maps showing cancer mortality in China in his lectures, and recommends a non-dairy diet to his cancer patients. I now believe that the link between dairy produce and breast cancer is similar to the link between smoking and lung cancer. I believe that identifying the link between breast cancer and dairy produce, and then developing a diet specifically targeted at maintaining the health of my breast and hormone system, cured me.

It was difficult for me, as it may be for you, to accept that a substance as 'natural' as milk might have such ominous health implications. But I am a living proof that it works and, starting from tomorrow, I shall reveal the secrets of my revolutionary action plan.

埋怨,是心靈的癌症!

有一個令人啼笑皆非的故事,是說到有一個樵夫,總覺得自己需辛苦工作才能有收入,心裡非常不平衡,有一天,他越想越氣,便在吃中飯時對著妻子大大的埋怨一番,弄得妻子的心情也不好,並遷怒到正在廚房裡做菜的女兒,女兒也很火,盛怒之下,煮飯時一不小心,多放了一匙鹽,這下子,樵夫吃了更火了!覺得自己的人生已經夠悲慘,居然連頓好飯也沒得吃。

於是,飯後他氣沖沖地回到山上去砍柴,一邊砍,一邊氣急地對其他的樵夫訴說著自己那 " 倒楣的人生 " ,他越講越氣!

砍柴時一個不小心,斧頭脫手飛了出去,打中了一個路人,那路人不是別人,而是由鄰國來訪,路經途中的鄰國王子,鄰國國王氣得派兵大舉進攻,一場戰爭就此爆發。

一場戰爭,居然間接導因於一頓充滿埋怨聲的午餐。

這個小故事給了現代人不小的提醒,我很喜歡用一個比喻 ----埋怨,是心靈的癌症!

為什麼我要說「埋怨」是心靈的癌症呢?有以下的兩個原因:

.埋怨會擴散

一個人如果經常怨天尤人、批這評那,那麼,他 ( 她) 的情緒很容易就會波及到旁人,甚至影響了整個群體中的氣氛與風氣,漸漸地,群體中充滿了怨聲載道、楚囚相對的消極氣氛。

.埋怨會吸光您的「 養份」( 福氣 ):

埋怨的情緒會吸光您的 快樂
吸光您的 人緣
吸光您的
自信
吸光您的
動力
不但得不到原本所沒有的,還會讓您原本所有的也漸漸被噬去。

所以說:埋怨,是心靈的癌症!

千萬不要讓「埋怨」的情緒毀了您的生活。

CONDOLENCE


The Kepong Station wishes to express its deepest condolence and sympathy to the family members of the late Mr. Koh Tong Heng (许统平先生) who departed on 11-02-2008.

Mr. Koh Tong Heng was our fellow qigong practitioner. He has contributed a lot to the well being of the Kepong Station. Just to mention a few, in year 2006's celebration for mid-autumn festival at the Kepong Station, he sponsored those delicious Nasi Beriani. He has also contributed an amount of RM600.00 anonymously for the station's monthly birthday celebrations which have now been converted to become the "以茶会友“ activity.

With his departure, the Kepong Station lost not only a good practitioner but also a great friend. He will always be remembered by the Kepong Station.

什么是五福临门?

人们常说的五福临门,指的是什么呢?这五福怎么样才能临门呢?

先说什么是五福。这五福一是长寿,二是富贵,三是康宁,四是好德,五是善终。人人都想活个大岁数甚至长命百岁,都希望得到荣华富贵,最起码能够达到不愁吃不愁穿,手里不缺零花钱。还企盼有一个健康的身体,一生身心安泰,同时百年之后有个好回首,死后有个好归宿,免受地狱之苦。这些都是人们一生苦苦追求的东西。

光有以上这些物质上的东西还不够,还得“好德”,也就是说,在精神方面还得有一个良好的心理环境,具备良好的道德观念和受人尊重的道德行为,内心深处没有邪念、一生心境坦荡。只有这样才能算作完美的一生。

在这五福中,“好德”是最重要的一福,因为“德”是人生幸福的基础,“好德”是快乐和幸福的根本,“德”滋养着其它四福,没有了德,其它四福都不会有,就是有了一点,也不会长久。

古人把“德”归纳为八个方面,就是孝、悌、忠、信、礼、义、廉、耻。这八个字叫八德,也叫八旦,是做人的标准。孔子在《论语》中把“好德”的行为体现,归纳为温、良、恭、俭、让五个方面。温,是温和柔软的意思,心情温和可以使心理保持健康;良,是仁慈善良,仁慈善良之人,因为他的仁慈,就能够长寿善终;恭,恭敬守礼,守礼之人,不会招来祸害,可以保持平静安宁;俭,乃是节俭勤劳的意思,节俭勤劳可以带来财富和身体的健康;让,就是谦虚礼让。让可以使温、良、恭、俭发扬光大。

在人们的日常生活中我们会常常发现,好德行善之人往往会遇到意想不到的好事,甚至有时还会阴差阳错的把坏事变成好事。同时,一生还会有无穷的福报,永不贫穷匮乏。这就是“好德”之人应有的福份,也就是“五福”。
