气功与催眠术有什么不同?

气功与催眠术是不同的。气功是中国医学遗产的一部分,它有几千年的历史,而且靠自己的主观能动性调动自身的潜能,为自己治病,它是一种主动治疗。练功者要靠自己持之以恒的锻炼,通过正确的姿势,进行调神、调息,疏通经络,开阖穴位,外练筋、皮、骨,内练精、气、神,以达到防病、治病,增进健康和延年益寿的目的。催眠术是通过有经验或有功夫的人的语言等方法,暗示诱导刺激他人,收到应有的治疗效果。正因为它是靠一方向另一方施行的一种方法,所以它是被动的,任凭催眠者“摆布”的,与气功的主动锻炼是不同的。
