为什么不能同时练两种功法?

第一,练气功应养成一种良好的习惯,包括定时间,定内容,定地点,定方向,而这个习惯的形成,需要日积月累不断重复,一旦形成规律,不要轻易地将其打乱,这样有利于在人体意识和机体内部形成条件反射,并能帮助练功者较快的安定下来。如果同时练两种以上的功法,就会破坏这种条件的形成。上海科学家们已有测验记录,如练一种功法,功夫的长进是直线上升的,如再改练其他功法,功夫的长进则是从零开始的。如两种功法交替进行锻炼,则两者互相干扰,功夫不能长进。
