在室内、外练功的效果是否一样?

冬天特别冷时可以在屋内练功,但要特别注意空气流通、新鲜,五楼以上效果不好(包括五楼),最好到下边练。因为经过实践证明,五楼以上和地气不易接通,因此,在练功时要选好场地,比如在四楼不如一楼效果好,在水泥地不如在土地效果好,这点许多人都有体会。
