为什么有的人练功后出现睡不着的现象? (赵金香宗师)


睡不着觉可能有多种原因,如果因为练功后真气充足,精力充沛而不思睡,并无其他不适,就不是偏差,也不能算是失眠,而因看作是好事。可以把练功时间放在早晨,早晨练完功保持整日精力充沛,晚上不练功,不会产生兴奋,就可以入睡。
